The activated street front on Brannan offers widened sidewalks with a row of mature palm trees and ample seating for the new retail storefronts. CMG Landscape Architecture selected the robust, industrial and timelessly beautiful Radium benches by mmcite to line the public courtyard. The modern architecture by David Baker + Partners is complemented by the Radium's unique design which can be equipped with decorative lighting and USB charging stations.
